Mara L. Sweets, MBS

Mara was the Founder and CEO of Arama, Inc. which was established in November 2003 which offers sales consultation for real estate investment, insurance, and the logistic industry.  Mara obtained her initial Real Estate license in 2001 and polished her skills in the Southern California real estate market representing various agencies.  Mara has been dedicated to the preservation of homeownership for those who seek to have the American Dream for over 20 years.  As a dedicated sales professional, Mara has worked for clients who seek opportunities to invest in business, own a new home, as well as providing commercial sales and lease as well as residential lease opportunities.  She has a passion for our veterans and first-time buyers.  She is experienced in many markets, including new home construction, short sales, foreclosures, HUD and REO’s.  Understanding the market conditions is what she does best.  

There is no job too large or small that she will not tackle, if you have a problem, she has an answer. In addition to offering real estate services, Mara has established herself as a reliable source for mortgage lending product offerings through wholesale and hard-money lenders. She serves the entire market of Southern California, because that’s where her customers need her. Her reputation is built on honesty, trust, and dedication to her clients. As a licensed Real Estate Broker of California, Mara holds a BA in Real Estate Studies, a MBS in International Real Estate, as well as a Mortgage Lender's Originators License.  Mara currently operates as the Managing Broker for Arama Real Estate Services (ARES).  It is also her passion to support families and helping them build a better future for their legacy. It is why it is her great pleasure to see her own daughters become an extension of her service throughout the community and serve others as well. Currently, Mara resides in the Inland Empire. 

Janet Salazar, En Español

As Transaction Coordinator Janet brings to our organization over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate market.  Licensed as a real estate professional since 1989 Janet has held positions with Chase National Bank and Citibank as a Resolution Specialist.  This position has afforded Janet to opportunity to help struggling homeowners the ability to stay in their homes through loan modifications.  In addition Janet has worked for Promontory Financial Group as a Forensic Auditor for underwriting compliance.  She has a keen awareness of how the processing of loan documents supports the final sale of real estate transactions.  Most recently Janet worked as a Processor for Keeping Your Home California.  She has helped struggling Californian’s access millions of dollars granted to the state in support of owners who find themselves underwater in today’s market. Janet is a key asset to our organization and supports our mission and vision through her example of service throughout her career. She currently resides in the High Dessert and enjoys artistic silk flower arranging as a hobby. 

Danielle E. Sweets, Esq.

Danielle services all of our Recruitment needs at ARES.  As a practicing attorney and member of the California State Bar., Danielle is a dedicated legal practitioner who represents Plaintiffs throughout Southern California.  Prior to her career in law, she served as a leasing consultant for apartment communities as well as an adviser on housing authority and regulations at San Diego State University. Danielle’s passion is to recruit the best real estate professionals in the industry that can best serve our client's needs. She also serves as our Marketing team leader for our online presentation.  Danielle also supports our mission by giving back to our community by mentoring youth and providing college admissions counseling. Danielle resides in Los Angeles, California. 

Angelena N. Aguilera M.Ed.

As Director of Community Outreach, Angelena brings a unique perspective to our mission.  Angelena is a graduate of University of Riverside where she obtained her Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Education and a second Masters in Administration. She currently is a Principal in the Jurupa Valley School District and a Professor at UCR.  Angelena has a passion for our youth and specifically those who are in socio-economically challenged areas.  She is committed to leveling the playing field and giving these children an opportunity that they might not otherwise have.  She is the liaison between ARES and the communities in which we serve.  In this capacity Angelena identifies the school, classroom and or the student that would benefit from our help. Angelena supports our philosophy by helping us build a better community through education within the communities where we do business. Angelena resides in Hacienda Heights, California.
